These terms and conditions apply only to Vision Board, the iOS and Android app developed by BestLifestyle. By using Vision Board, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Vision Board is published by BestLifestyle, a software studio based in Zurich, Switzerland. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean BestLifestyle.
The service
Vision Board is a personal productivity app for goal tracking, habit building, affirmations, and related features. It is available on iOS and Android; availability may vary by region and app store.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account credentials and for content you create in the app, including goals, habits, and affirmations. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate, store, sync, and improve the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Vision Board — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the service, or using the app in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that harms the service or other users.
Intellectual property
Vision Board, its branding, design, and underlying software are owned by BestLifestyle or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, code, or visual assets except as needed to use the app as intended.
Disclaimers and liability
Vision Board is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Vision Board in the twelve months before the claim, or CHF 50 if you have not paid for the service.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms or the service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required.
